Kickboard Guide

 

 

There are lots of different options when it comes to kickboards so here's a quick guide to help find the right one for you...  

 

 

Starting off with the Arena Swim Keel. This is an exclusive design by Arena for a weighted float, it doubles up as a pull buoy and a kickboard. This means it is two training aids in one. It is made from soft EVA material to eliminate rubbing. If you're looking for a multi-use, high quality kickboard then this one is a perfect choice.  

 

 

Next we have the Finis Foam Kickboard. This is available in both senior and junior. Again made from EVA to eliminate chaffing, this is a great entry level kickboard if you are looking for your first one to start out with in your training.  

 

 

Now for the Maru Fitness Kickboard. If you want colour options and additional design features such as grip holes then this option from Maru is ideal.  

 

 

Our next style is the Finis Alignment Kickboard. This one is designed to sit 6 inches under the water to keep your body in a straight line and allows you to put your head in the water for the ultimate streamline position. Finally we have the Speedo Fastskin Kickboard. The hydro dynamic profile of this kickboard improves your straight line stability in the water. The kickboard has a sealed gloss finish for durability but with a textured side surface for great hand grip. Overall it offers 28% less drag in the water.
