How many calories will it burn? You can expect to burn 80 calories every 10 minutes with backstroke. It uses different muscle groups and helps to relax with easy breathing, definitely worth putting into your pool session.
Butterfly
How will it help your body? Butterfly is quite a complex stroke which will create fantastic upper-body strength. It strengthens and tones the chest, arms, triceps, abdominals and back muscles as well as stretching the body and incresing fleibility.
How many calories will it burn? Being the most difficult swimming stroke, butterfly will burn the most calories, a whopping 150 calories every 10 minutes!
