Improve stamina and strength in the swimming pool by wearing the Arena Flex Swim Paddles which are comfortable and give a stronger workout thanks to the mesh panels. Hand swim paddles create water resistance so that you have to work harder on your arm pull - strengthening your upper body muscles to become a more powerful swimmer. They are worn on the hand by threading your middle finger through the middle silicone strap and your other fingers will automatically fit comfortably through the silicone straps at the sides. The strap can then be pulled to tighten for a secure, customised fit. With technically placed flow holes, you are able to "feel" the water so that you will swim more naturally

We offer FREE tracked UK standard delivery on orders over £50.
Standard UK delivery is £2.99 for orders under £50. You will receive your order 2 - 5 days from the date of despatch. Order by 3pm on a working weekday and we will aim to despatch the same day.
Express Tracked Delivery (1-2 working days) available for just £4.99 in the UK.
Next Working Day Courier Delivery available from £10.99 in the UK (order by 2pm Mon-Fri). Saturday and Sunday delivery options available too.
