Arena's new kickboard is a great swim training aid that allows you to isolate your legs for a workout in the water whilst immobilizing your arms. Holding this kickboard will cause you to have to work harder with your legs which will tone your lower body, and improve your ankle flexibility and your kick technique. The buoyancy of the kickboard also helps to improve your body position in the water, making it higher for a more effective swim stroke. This Arena kickboard comes in bright colours and has 2 handholds for comfort.

It's a lightweight kickboard, we give it a try for Arena one because our previous one kickboard needed to be changed. I my 11 years old daughter said its much better than the old one.
