The Simply Swim Hand Paddles are designed to be used for swim training and will create water resistance, which will build up your upper body strength and also improve your pulling technique, making you a faster swimmer. The hydrodynamic design gives optimum water contact without disrupting your stroke technique and they are suitable for beginners and advanced swimmers.

- Perfect for building upper body strength which will make you swim faster - when wearing the paddles you will swim faster as you pull more water with each stroke
- Improves your pulling technique through the water for a faster and more efficient swim - experienced swimmers can wear without the wrist strap and if you are swimming correctly the paddle will not fall off
- Hydrodynamic design for optimum water contact and minimised disruption to stroke technique
- One size: approx measurements 21.5cm x 17.5cm
- Wear by threading your middle finger through the top strap and your wrist through the larger bottom strap
- Full hand straps provide additional support for novice swimmers - experienced swimmers can remove the bottom hand strap

Standard UK delivery is £2.99 for orders under £50. You will receive your order 2 - 5 days from the date of despatch. Order by 3pm on a working weekday and we will aim to despatch the same day.

Next Working Day Courier Delivery available from £10.99 in the UK (order by 2pm Mon-Fri). Saturday and Sunday delivery options available too.
