The Betomic aqua fitness tool from BECO is designed to be held in the water or worn on the feet whilst you do aqua aerobics and will increase water resistance to build up your body strength whilst improving your coordination and flexibility. The soft rubber material is lightweight and comfortable to hold and is easy to wear on your feet for aqua aerobic exercise.

A really good way to exercise in the pool. I bought a couple to bring on holiday to help with fitness rather than just rely on swimming and they''ve been excellent. I wanted something to use with my legs as well as my hands, for which these are ideal
