The COMFY® AquaFit Aerobic Noodle is an incredibly versatile aqua noodle. Used for aqua aerobics, fitness and rehab. The hard inner core enhances your aerobic training within the pool whilst the ergonomic triangular design provides a good easy grip (especially for seniors) and its soft foam covering gives protection for the joints. All in all a low impact resistance based training session for aqua fitness and water rehabilitation.
