back in the swim
bought for my sister - who is recovering from polymyalgia rheumatica - she was a really good swimmer but has lost confidence in the water since having PMR: we went swimming today with the belt, I have to say it really did the trick and helped her regain her confidence - a way to go before she'll be swimming without it but it's a start and she was very impressed with the product (as indeed was I). if anyone else is looking for a rehab. aid I recommend you try this.
