The Hand Paddles from Simply Swim are perfect for training to build upper body strength and improve your pulling techniques. Made with a Hydrodynamic design, they provide optimum water contact without disrupting your stroke. Wear them by threading your middle finger through the top strap and your wrist through the larger bottom strap - experienced swimmers can wear them without the wrist strap and if you are swimming correctly the paddle will not fall off.
