The Hand Swim Paddles from Simply Swim are perfect for swimming training to build upper body strength and improve your pull technique while swimming. Made with a Hydrodynamic design, they provide optimum water contact without disrupting your stroke technique in the water. Wear them by threading your middle finger through the top strap and your wrist through the larger bottom strap - experienced swimmers can wear them without the wrist strap and if you are swimming correctly the paddle will not fall off.
