The Power Dumbell from BECO is a water resistance training tool that can be used as part of an aqua aerobics workout in the pool for an upper-body workout. Use these lightweight dumbbells to push and pull through the water to give you coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility in your body.

FEATURES

Purpose - To create buoyancy and water resistance that pushes against you making you work harder to move your arms in the water which will increase your upper body strength.
